Terms of Service

By using Rudud (rudud.app) you agree to these terms. Rudud is owned and operated by Alhramayn LLC, a company registered in Pennsylvania, United States.

Rudud is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

1. The service

Rudud lets owners of Instagram professional accounts send automated private replies to comments, using Meta's official APIs. We do not guarantee continued availability of those APIs or stability of their terms, which are governed solely by Meta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, own or be authorized to manage an Instagram professional account, and not be banned from Meta's services.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Fully comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's terms of use.
• Send messages only to people who requested them by commenting.
• Include clear opt-out instructions in every automated message.
• Respect Meta's rate limits.

You must not:

• Send cold DMs or unsolicited messages to people who have not engaged with you.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Send unlawful, hateful, fraudulent, or sexually explicit content.
• Use the service to harvest data without people's knowledge.
• Attempt to circumvent Meta's limits or platform restrictions.
• Resell the service or access it programmatically without our written permission.

Violating any of these may result in immediate suspension without notice and without refund.

5. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send through Rudud, for their legality, and for their compliance with laws applicable to you and to your recipients.

Rudud executes what you configure. We do not review or endorse your message content.

6. Meta's limits

The service is subject to limits imposed by Meta and outside our control, including hourly message caps, a response time window, and one private reply per comment. Meta may change these limits or suspend app access at any time, and we bear no responsibility for that.

7. Subscription and payment

During the beta the service may be offered free of charge. When paid subscriptions launch:

• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation stops renewal; the current period is not refunded.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, including Meta or Cloudflare outages.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from error.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alhramayn LLC is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or suspension of your Instagram account by Meta.

In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the incident, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend Alhramayn LLC against any claim arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of Meta's policies.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, at Meta's request, or where legally required. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may modify these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
