Terms of Service
Last updated: · Version: 2026-10-05 · Previous versions
These Terms are an agreement between you and Alhramayn LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Rudud", "we", "us"), about your use of the Rudud service through rudud.app, the iOS app, and any related API (the "Service").
By ticking the consent box at sign-up, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Rudud
- You must be 18 or older. We do not offer the Service to minors. If we learn a user is under 18, we will suspend the account and delete its data.
- If you use the Service for a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it, and "you" means both you and it.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive US embargo and are not on any US or international sanctions list.
- You must own an Instagram professional account (business or creator) that you manage yourself, and comply with Instagram's and Meta's terms.
2. What the Service does
- You link your Instagram professional account through Meta's official Instagram API. When someone comments a keyword you choose on one of your posts, the Service sends that person one private reply that you wrote, within the window Meta allows.
- The Service is a tool that acts on your instructions. You are the sender of the messages. You choose the keywords, texts, links and posts.
- The Service depends entirely on Meta's APIs and policies. Meta may change, limit or end its APIs at any time. A reply may not be delivered because of that, because the window expired, because of sending limits, or because the recipient blocked messages. We do not guarantee delivery of any reply.
- We hold your Instagram access token, encrypted, on our servers so we can reply for you while your phone is off. You can disconnect at any time in Account → Instagram → Disconnect, which deletes the token and stops all replies.
- Rudud is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a partner of Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for your login credentials and everything done in your account. Tell us at once at support@rudud.app about any unauthorized use.
- Information you give us must be accurate and kept current.
- One account per person or organization unless we agree otherwise.
4. Rules of use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not use the Service for:
- spam, repetitive or misleading messages, fake giveaways, phishing, malware, or impersonation;
- content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or applicable law;
- messaging people who did not comment, circumventing Meta's limits, scraping, or reselling access to the Service;
- any processing of commenter data beyond the purpose for which they commented.
We may stop any automation, message or account that breaks these rules, immediately and without prior notice where needed.
5. Content and ownership
- Your content. You keep ownership of everything you write in the Service (keywords, replies, automation names). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process and send it solely to provide the Service to you. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups, which are purged within 35 days.
- Commenter data. Instagram usernames of people who commented on your posts and received your replies are processed on your behalf. You are the controller and we are the processor, under the Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these Terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis in your country to send the reply and process this data.
- The Service. The software, design, marks and text are ours or our licensors'. Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or extract the Service.
- Feedback. We may use any suggestion you send us without restriction or payment.
6. Fees
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, they will be sold on the website and governed by a Subscription and Refund Policy published at that time, which will become part of these Terms. The iOS app contains no purchases.
7. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time in the app or on the website (Account → Delete account). Deletion revokes your Apple and Instagram tokens and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if Meta directs us to, if your use creates legal, security or technical risk to the Service or others, or if fees due are unpaid.
- We may end the Service or any part of it for any reason on 30 days' notice, refunding any prepaid fees for the unused period.
- On termination all replies stop. Sections that by nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) continue to apply.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR FREEDOM FROM ERROR. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY MESSAGE WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT META'S APIS WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE, OR THAT YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT WILL BE FREE FROM ANY ACTION BY META. Some laws do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so this section applies to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
- TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITIES OR GOODWILL, OR FOR ANY ACTION META TAKES AGAINST YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS.
- Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alhramayn LLC and its managers and staff from any claim, loss or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the content of your messages, keywords or links, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, Meta's terms or the law, or any claim by a commenter or third party because of a message you sent through the Service.
11. Copyright
We respond to copyright infringement notices under the US DMCA. The procedure and our designated agent's details are on the Copyright page. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email and in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, and ask you to accept them again. Non-material changes (wording, corrections) take effect on publication with an updated date and version. Earlier versions are available in the version history.
13. Governing law and venue
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Subject to Section 14, the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
- Your local rights. If you are a consumer in a country whose mandatory laws give you rights that cannot be waived, or the right to sue in your home courts (including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and EU member states), nothing in this section reduces those rights.
14. Arbitration (US residents only)
- Talk first. Before any lawsuit or arbitration, the aggrieved party sends a written notice of the dispute (to us at legal@rudud.app, or to your registered email), and both parties negotiate in good faith for 60 days.
- Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved, it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, under the Federal Arbitration Act. We pay arbitration fees beyond what the law or AAA rules require the consumer to pay. The arbitration takes place remotely or in your county.
- Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court, or seek an injunction to protect intellectual property rights.
- No class actions. Both parties agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis, not as a representative or member of a class action or class arbitration. If this waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be heard in court under Section 13, not in arbitration.
- Mass arbitration. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by claimants represented by the same counsel, they will be heard in batches of no more than 50 before a single arbitrator, and fees for later batches are deferred until the first is decided.
- Opt-out. You may reject this section by emailing legal@rudud.app with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The rest of the Terms still apply.
15. Additional terms for the iOS app
These terms apply to your use of the app from the App Store:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your license is personal and non-transferable, to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (the app is free). To the extent permitted by law, any other warranty or claim is our responsibility, not Apple's.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection, and privacy claims.
- If a third party claims the app infringes intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending and settling the claim.
- You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on any US list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Contact: Alhramayn LLC · support@rudud.app · 34 E Main St, Carnegie, PA 15106, United States.
- You must comply with any third-party terms that apply to your use of the app, including Meta's and Instagram's terms.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
16. General
- Language. These Terms are available in Arabic and English. If they conflict, the English version controls, except where the law of your country requires the Arabic version to control.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of Meta, Apple or Cloudflare, cyberattacks and disasters.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents incorporated in them are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
- Severability. If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor of the Service with notice to you.
- No waiver. Our delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
- Notices. We send notices to your registered email or in the Service. You send notices to legal@rudud.app or to our postal address.
